Research, development and quality control are the basic elements for a company which aims for growth.
The research is made by human resources inside and outside the company who act in perfect synergy in order to attain common development purposes. The research is composed of two main parts: the improvement of the existing range and the formulation of new products.
The basic steps of the research and development projects are:
1) formulation of the project: study and continuous renovation on a scientific point of view (agronomical, biological, chemical etc.) and careful survey of the market and of the consumers? needs; 2) verification of technical feasibility: careful experimentation in laboratory and in field; 3) verification of practical feasibility: at a productive, economical and marketing level.
The quality control is based on an accurate sampling, analysis and certification of all that goes in or out the company (raw material, semi-finished and finished products) to grant higher and higher quality levels, in line with the policy of the company, with the national and EU rules and with our quality certification.
The quality control doesn?t stop with the manufacture of the product but goes on with the retailers and with the end consumers thanks to a skilled and willing sales force always ready to solve theoretical and practical problems with the common intention of reaching successful results.
